Building a Foundation Through Education and Experience
For Mr. Khaled Madany, continuous learning has remained closely connected to both professional development and long-term leadership growth within the technology sector.
His academic journey at European International University (EIU–Paris) began with the completion of his Bachelor’s degree, which helped establish an early foundation in information technology and professional discipline. Encouraged by the academic experience and learning environment, he later continued his studies by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology and Data Science.
At the same time, Mr. Madany was managing growing professional responsibilities as an IT Manager while seeking to expand his capabilities beyond operational management into more strategic and executive-level leadership.
Expanding Perspective Through Technology and Data Science
As technology environments became increasingly complex and data-driven, Mr. Madany recognized the importance of combining technical expertise with broader analytical thinking, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
Through the Master’s programme, he was able to further develop these perspectives while balancing academic study alongside professional responsibilities.
The programme’s emphasis on practical application allowed him to connect academic learning directly with real-world operational and business challenges. Rather than approaching technology solely from a technical standpoint, the experience encouraged a broader understanding of innovation, decision-making, and organizational leadership within modern business environments.
Alongside technical development, the academic journey also strengthened his confidence in applying analytical thinking and data-informed approaches within professional settings.

Reflecting on his experience at EIU–Paris, Mr. Madany shares:

Following my graduation, I was promoted from IT Manager to Chief Technology and Operations Officer (CTOO), applying the practical and analytical expertise gained at EIU to lead innovation, optimize operations, and drive meaningful business impact.”
