As a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating logistics activities, and helping ensure that processes run efficiently and effectively. The role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership skills, while also presenting ongoing opportunities to learn and adapt within a dynamic working environment.
Over the years, his professional experiences have strengthened his understanding of accountability, problem-solving, and teamwork. Managing operations and supporting colleagues in achieving shared objectives has also reinforced the importance of leadership in creating productive and efficient workplaces.

A significant milestone in his journey was earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – Final Year Top-up in International Business Management from EIU–Paris. Balancing professional commitments with academic study required dedication and discipline, but it was a goal he was determined to achieve.
Through the programme, he gained greater exposure to global business concepts and developed a broader perspective on management, strategy, and decision-making. The experience helped strengthen his ability to evaluate challenges from both operational and business perspectives while building confidence in applying these insights within his professional role.
