Pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management at EIU-Paris, delivered through the Pedagog.ac an international learning platform, has been one of the most transformative experiences of my professional life. This journey has not only strengthened my leadership capabilities but has also deepened my understanding of global HR practices, preparing me to meet the dynamic challenges of the modern workplace.
The program’s engaging curriculum and practical approach provided me with innovative HR strategies and a global mindset that I now apply daily in my role as Head of Human Resources at Bumaco Insurance Company Limited. The flexibility of the international pedagogical platform allowed me to balance my professional responsibilities while fully engaging with my studies – an invaluable advantage for a working professional.
Through EIU-Paris, I gained insights into strategic talent management, organizational leadership, and sustainable HR development, all of which have helped me shape a more inclusive and progressive work environment. These lessons have empowered me to design and implement effective HR initiatives that align people strategies with business goals, fostering both individual and organizational success.

The international exposure broadened my perspective, allowing me to connect with diverse professionals and exchange ideas that continue to inspire my career path.
As a certified Human Resource Professional, I take pride in applying my expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. My goal is to continue promoting excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the workplace – values that EIU-Paris has deeply instilled in me.
I am immensely grateful for the knowledge, mentorship, and support I received throughout this journey. The MBA program has been a true catalyst for growth, enabling me to soar higher in my career and contribute meaningfully to the success of my organization.
