A Teacher’s Transformation
Zainab Malik had always loved teaching, but she felt something was missing. Her classroom, though filled with bright smiles and eager minds, often felt like a battleground against boredom and disengagement. Determined to make a difference, she enrolled in the Master of Education (MEd) program at European International University in Paris.
The program was a revelation for Zainab. She delved into the latest educational theories, explored innovative teaching methodologies, and learned about the cultural nuances of education worldwide. One particular course, “Culturally Responsive Teaching,” resonated deeply with her. It challenged her to examine her own biases and consider how to create a classroom that was inclusive and respectful of all students’ backgrounds.
From Educator to Innovator
Armed with her newfound knowledge, She returned to recent workshop classroom on research methodologies conducted by Prof Dr Edward Roy Krishnan classroom with renewed vigor. She learned to implement new strategies, such as project-based learning and cooperative groups, to foster critical thinking and collaboration. She also made a conscious effort to incorporate diverse perspectives into her lessons, drawing on examples from different cultures and experiences.
Zainab’s journey at European International University had not only transformed her as a teacher but had also transformed her classroom along with leading her organisation. Her dedication to continuous learning and her commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment had made a lasting impact on the lives of her students.
My time at European International University has been nothing short of transformative. The rigorous master’s program in education has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of early childhood development, equipping me with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to make a meaningful impact on young learners’ lives.

The emphasis on evidence-based practices, reflective teaching, and global perspectives has refined my approach to early education. These invaluable insights have empowered me to lead with clarity and purpose as the Manager of a well-respected Early Childhood Center in Dubai.
EIU has not only deepened my expertise but has also sharpened my vision for creating a nurturing and impactful learning environment. I am truly convinced that:
“Teachers are the architects of a child’s future, shaping their minds, nurturing their hearts, and laying the foundation for a lifetime of learning and growth.”
