Dr. M Dinesh, PhD Graduate from EIU Paris – Class of 2025, is an emerging researcher in educational and literary studies. He has dedicated his academic journey to enhancing teaching and learning experiences, with a strong focus on learner wellbeing, evidence-based practices, and inclusive pedagogy.

A Transformative Academic Journey

Dr. Dinesh’s master’s dissertation focused on non-punitive, behaviouristic approaches to discipline for middle-years students. Building on this foundation, his doctoral research expanded into a comprehensive study examining both learners’ abilities and educators’ teaching methodologies. His work highlights ethical and impactful strategies that empower both students and teachers, fostering inclusive learning environments.

With over six years of teaching experience across varied age groups and proficiency levels, he combines theory with practical classroom application.

Currently, he serves as an English Subject Matter Expert, contributing to the development of three national curricula in India. In this role, he designs high-quality content and learning resources that strengthen language education and provide meaningful learning experiences.
