With a career defined by visionary leadership, he is not only the CEO of his own company, M. Vlad & Co., but also the driving force behind the humanitarian nonprofit, Dream Team. His journey is a powerful testament to combining business acumen with a passion for social good.
Dr. Vlad’s impressive work has not gone unnoticed. He was recently recognized as one of the “10 Most Influential CEOs to Watch in 2024” by Success Pitchers and was also honored being included in the list of “Top CEO of the Year in Hospitality and Nonprofit” by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). These prestigious accolades highlight his remarkable ability to lead and innovate across two distinct but equally demanding sectors. He has a unique talent for creating groundbreaking business strategies while simultaneously dedicating his efforts to meaningful humanitarian work.
As a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership in luxury hospitality and the nonprofit sector, Dr. Vlad holds a Professional Doctorate in Luxury Hospitality and Brand Strategy from EIU-Paris, a Master’s in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, and I’ve completed executive training through UC Berkeley’s CEO Program.
We are particularly proud to celebrate his most recent academic achievement: a Professional Doctorate (PD) in Luxury Hospitality and Brand Strategy from EIU-Paris. This degree perfectly complements his years of hands-on experience, bridging the gap between practical expertise and advanced academic insight.
