A significant milestone in his professional journey came through his research presentation on Smart Grid Integration in Power Systems, which was presented to the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.
The work reflected a growing interest in innovation and the development of energy infrastructure, particularly in areas where operational reliability and systems efficiency continue to play an important role in long-term development.
Following this achievement, Mr. Al-Mayahi was promoted to the position of Senior Chief Engineer (First Grade), reflecting recognition of his technical expertise and professional contributions within the sector.

Reflecting on his experience at European International University (EIU–Paris), where he pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, Mr. Al-Mayahi describes the experience as an important phase in shaping his professional outlook.
