The impact of AI in our society
Artificial intelligence represents enormous opportunities and challenges for our society. It is the innovation that causes the most excitement and the most fear among those who are studying its impact on the future. Although AI is still in constant development and it is still unknown how much it can achieve, one thing is certain: AI is here to stay and we need professionals capable of managing it.
According to the International Monetary Fund (2024), “AI will affect almost 40 percent of jobs around the world, replacing some and complementing others.” With an impact of this magnitude, it is more important than ever to find and educate AI managers to benefit the interests of humanity.

To the detriment of humanity, higher education institutions have been very skeptical about AI in the work of their students.
